
Julia DeMore is a dancer trained in ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, jazz funk, modern, tap, and acrobatics/tumbling. She trained in dance, acting, and voice at Theater Arts Preparatory School under the direction of Don Mirault in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her dance/acting career took off at age 15 at Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom as a character performer. Since then, Julia has done character work for a variety of shows and events, including: - "Charlie Brown's Pirate Adventure" (Dorney Park - 2019, 2022, 2023) - "Snoopy's Dog Days of Summer" and "Peanuts Block Party" (Dorney Park - 2023) - "A Peanuts Guide to Christmas" (Carowinds WinterFest - 2022) - "Space Beagle" (Dorney Park - 2019 and 2022) - "Sally's Sing Along" (Dorney Park - 2019) - Special meet and greet events (Paws in the Park, Chamber of Commerce) - TV appearance with Snoopy for Dorney Park's 2021 Food Truck Drive - 2022 and 2024 WFMZ Food Truck Food Drive at Dorney Park - WFMZ and PHL 17 news segments with Snoopy for Dorney Park's Opening Day (2024) In 2021, Julia was Dorney Park's Public Relations and Social Media Coordinator. When she returned back to Live Entertainment in 2022, she took on a leadership role as a Character Meet and Greet/Show Coach and Live Entertainment Show Supervisor. Additionally, she was a character performer and JT host swing in addition to her new role as a Stage and Parade Dancer in Dorney Park's Grand Carnivale event. Once Dorney's season wrapped up, she went to join the Live Entertainment team at Carowinds, one of Dorney's sister parks, for their WinterFest event. While in Charlotte, she was contracted as a character performer in Camp Snoopy's holiday show and was a dancer in the "WinterFest Wonderland Parade" (ski brigade). In 2023, Julia took on the most roles she has ever had: Character Show Choreographer, Costume Character Performer, JT (Show Host), Grand Carnivale Stage and Parade Performer, and Halloween Haunt Main Stage Dancer for Cedar Fair brand new stage show, "Conjure the Night". Over the summer in 2024, Julia choreographed "Kiss Me, Kate!" at The Pennsylvania Playhouse in Bethlehem, PA. Julia currently works as a dance and acro instructor/choreographer in Nevada.
